Groundhog's Day!
All kindergarteners at Hoover made their predictions - 46 say he will not see his shadow and 48 say he will see his shadow.  On Monday, we will see who was right.  

Today we went to Mrs. Ringerhofer's 2nd grade classroom to plan, design and build more towers.  We used toothpicks and mini-marshmallows and made lots of cool designs.  Thank you for helping us 2nd grade friends!

We are continuing to work on our engineering skills.  Today we used hard spaghetti noodles and marshmallows, both big and small, to make towers.  The noodles could be broken to make any length we wanted, but sometimes they broke when we didn't want them to break.
